Berry-Mango Green Tea Smoothie
Yields 1 smoothie
What You’ll Need:
- 1 cup chilled green tea (I used a raspberry/passionfruit infused green tea)
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 3-4 Medjool dates
Combine all ingredients, blend, and enjoy!
Coconut yogurt parfait (layered from bottom: chopped strawberries, coconut yogurt, sliced banana, granola, coconut yogurt, granola, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds.)
